1. Pumpkin Soup
Ingredients:
1 Slice of Pumpkin
1 Small Potato
3-4 Pods of garlic
Chop the pumpkin and potato. Slice the garlic.
Pressure cook them in 2-3 cups of water
Once cooked, let it cool and blend it in a mixer.
Transfer the contents, add more water, as per your desired consistency. warm it again, add salt to taste.
Add a pat of Amul Garlic Butter and garnish it with pine nuts or mixed seeds.
2. Mixed Vegetable Soup
Ingredients:
1 Carrot
8-10 Beans
1 small bowl Cabbage
1 small bowl Broccoli
1 small bowl Peas
1 small bowl Corn
4-5 spinach leaves or Bok Choy
3 pods of garlic
1/2 inch ginger
Finely chop the carrot, beans, cabbage, broccoli, bok choy. Grate the ginger and garlic.
Put these in a vessel, add peas and corn.
Pour water so that the vegetables are covered. Add salt to taste.
Once the water boils, let the veggies cook in it for 2-3 mins.
Add pepper while serving.
3. Tomato Soup
Ingredients:
3 Tomatoes
1 Small Potato
3 Pods of Garlic
Small piece of ginger (optional)
Chop the tomato and potato. Slice the garlic.
Pressure cook them in two cups of water.
Once cooled, blend it in a mixer.
Transfer the contents, add more water as per your desired consistency.
Add salt to taste and warm it before serving.
Add a pat of Amul Garlic Butter.
Garnish with finely chopped basil (2-3 leaves)
Add pepper according to taste.
