Ingredients:
2 Cups Besan (Gramflour)
1-2 inch ginger - grated
1 medium sized onion - chopped
1 green chilly - sliced
Jeera (Cumin) seeds to taste
Salt to taste
Few sprigs of coriander - chopped
Water
Method:
Add water to the gram flour and make it into a thick flowing paste.
Add the remaining ingredients into the paste and mix it with a ladle.
Pour it onto a tawa like a dosa, add a few drops of oil
Cook both sides
Serve. Goes well with pickle, curd, raita or dhania chutney
