Blueberry Smoothie Recipe - Breakfast smoothies for fast weight loss.



Ingredients:


1 Small bowl of Blueberries

1 Banana (chopped)

6 tsp yogurt/Dahi or Milk as per choice

1 drop vanilla essence

1 tsp Almond Butter


Method:

Blend all the ingredients in a blender and serve.
