Get your dose of Vitamin C, with this fun lemon popsicle.
Ingredients:
Lemon - 1
Chia or Basil (Sabja) seed paste - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1tsp
A pinch of Salt/Black Salt.
One glass of water.
Method:
To make the chia seed paste, soak the chia seeds in water for 30 minutes. Then grind it in the dry grinder.
To a glass of water, add the lemon juice and the remaining ingredients.
Stir the contents to mix it uniformly.
Pour it into the popsicle mould.
Freeze it for 4 hrs, or till done.
