Lemon Popsicle Recipe.



Get your dose of Vitamin C, with this fun lemon popsicle.


Ingredients:

  1. Lemon - 1

  2. Chia or Basil (Sabja) seed paste - 1/2 tsp

  3. Sugar - 1tsp

  4. A pinch of Salt/Black Salt.

  5. One glass of water.

Method:

  1. To make the chia seed paste, soak the chia seeds in water for 30 minutes. Then grind it in the dry grinder.

  2. To a glass of water, add the lemon juice and the remaining ingredients.

  3. Stir the contents to mix it uniformly.

  4. Pour it into the popsicle mould.

  5. Freeze it for 4 hrs, or till done.
