Ingredients:
3 cups wholewheat Flour (Atta)
For The Puree:
A bunch (150gms) of Spinach (Paalak) leaves
1-2 inch ginger
2-3 cloves garlic
1 green chilly
Few Cumin Seeds
Salt to taste
Method:
Blend all the puree ingredients
Pour it on the wheat flour
Knead it into a dough
Roll it like a roti and put it on the tawa, add a few drops of oil
Cook both sides. Serve with curd/raita.
