Ingredients:
1-2 Cups Poha - soaked and drained
1 onion - finely sliced
Half Katori Peas
1-2 inch ginger (grated)
1 green chilly
1/3rd tsp Turmeric Powder
Coriander for garnishing
Salt to taste
1-2 sprig curry leaf
Few drops of lemon
For Tempering
1/3rd tsp Mustard
1/3rd tsp Chana Daal
1 Red Chilly
1-2 tsp Peanuts
1-2 tsp oil
Method:
Heat oil, put all the tempering ingredients and let them splutter
Add sliced onion, grated ginger, green chilly, curry patta, turmeric and Stir it
Add green peas and cook them for a minute, stirring occasionally.
Add a little water to just dip the above ingredients and cook for a minute.
Add poha and salt to taste
Add chopped coriander, few drops of lime. Mix well and Serve.
